Question about Rising in Walls

Currently the signature essay from my anthology Rising in Words is exclusively available in the book.

That essay, Rising in Walls, is about half of the book, and is one of the most important and best things I've ever written, in my opinion.

It was designed for print, which is one reason I haven't put it online yet (except for previews at Amazon, Lulu, Google, etc.). The other is of course to encourage people to buy the book.
